House Rules: No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be imposed for violations, in addition to any costs associated with repairing damage caused by smoking (such as odor removal or cleaning). Pool Care To maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool, please refrain from throwing trash, foreign objects, or inappropriate items into the water. A $150 fine will apply, along with any costs for pool repair or cleaning if the rule is violated. Waste and Recycling Properly dispose of trash in the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150 to cover the extra time and effort needed for proper disposal. No Parties or Events Parties, large gatherings, or any unauthorized events are strictly prohibited on the property. All guests must provide the full names of drivers once the reservation is confirmed to be registered for entry. Overflow parking is not permitted. Please ensure all vehicles fit within the designated parking areas. The following vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles of any kind.

November 2025 3.0The Airbnb was clean upon arrival, with no foul odors. It was difficult to gain access to the gated community; you needed to drive to a different gate first to get a pass to then drive back and get in. The hot tub was advertised, but there was no mention of a heating fee. So we couldn't use the hot tub unless we paid a 65 dollar fee. They also tried to get me to sign an extra contract that was not disclosed in the listing after booking, which had some really crazy stuff in there, but I refused. The soaking tub upstairs had no hot water, so I was unable to use that during the stay. The mini-theater upstairs was great. No little extras around the kitchen like coffee, creamer, sugar, or anything like that. Pans, flatware, cups, and dishes were provided. The free two water parks nearby are fantastic. A lot of good restaurants around as well. They only left 4 trash bags behind and 1 dish detergent for the dishwasher. I would not return for the price, but I didn't have a bad time.
